Southwest airlines owe its success to its business model and
adherence to their culture that values quality and encourages
continued development of practice. The culture can be said to be
active in its understanding, especially since we can say that the
values in their employees are deeply ingrained by their commitment
to excellence, riding an all-around customer service experience,
working hard for achieving organizational goals as well as caring
for the needs of both the customer and the employees to bring about
a better understanding of what makes a company successful and “FUN”
to work for. The employees understand their responsibility and
therefore work towards building a more suitable approach for them
to grow and so, end up providing the factors of innovation for the
company to bring about a strategic change in their funding and
structure. Culture plays a huge part in what sets Southwest
Airlines apart from their competition since their adherence to
