This statement is false

A person cannot lift a weight beyond a capacity of his body. Lifting of weight requires a force that is more than the weight of the object. Our ability to exert a certain force is limited by our muscle strength so just educating will not be sufficient to lift any weight.

Also lifting of weight requires work to be done on the object which requires energy transfer to the object in the form of potential energy. Limited availability of energy in our body restricts our ability to lift weights.
