Answer #1

(Answer) A – Cultural Imperialism – In the film “Mean Girls” the jocks and the cheerleaders are individuals who are at the top of the social pile. They are popular and at times even bullies who control the social order. The “nerds” and other groups are possibly more resourceful and yet are at the mercy of the groups that are at the top of the social order. This is a scale-model of cultural imperialism where one territory is generally more superior or imperialistic to the other.
