You just can't provide access to all your data to anyone as there will be a huge chances of data leakage. So, being an administrator you need to decide that you are providing limited access to the data.
In most of the operating system, there we can add group policies through which organisation can help in decoupling individual data. An user's data can't be read by other users unless given proper access. So, that user's data can't be accessed by other users.
Each user's has their own user profiles where they can keep the data and those data are secured from other users. Even there are tools available through which you can restrict access. So, this way we can decouple individual data.
