Answer #1

A woman have the right to make decisions that will affect not only her health but also the health to her unborn child to every possible extent. This is because she has complete and full right on the child as she got him to life. Had she not been there, nothing would come to life. She is the best person to decide about life. I believe she knows it best what is the right decision to make. Either bring him to life or decide to part ways with it. The third person can only comment on things but not make effective personal decision for anyone. We need to respect this decision of a woman.A woman's consent to or acknowledgment of danger is never enough to mitigate an employer's liability. She can only decide for herself. But the employer has to take steps form its end to do the best possible for her condition. If a child is born with lead induced birth defect sues, it can only sue the hospital or employer if this action was taken without his mother's consent. No employer does anything to an expecting mother without informing her or the family and taking their consent. They ask them to sign the consent form also. So that in future if anything happens, they can show it as a proof.
