I work with little children, and I am an adult assistant. The teacher drops the students off at specials like, art, and gym. I am with the entire 22 students when I am hired to take care of 1 student. What is an example of a sheet calendar I can make to document students acting out of order so when we return to class students that participated nicely can be rewarded? This is so overwhelming, that I am trying to transfer jobs if I do not find a method that makes things better when the teacher is not around?

Answer #1

You can make a sheet calendar by creating a table with multiple columns, recording serial no. Name of student, remark as either good or bad. This will help in segregating those child who behaved nicely so that their behavior may be reinforced.
