1- Self-actualization needs

• This is reaching the zenith of your capabilities, becoming a writer, politician, saint, philanthropist etc. Bill Gates is an example who is in this stage of Maslow's need hierarchy.

2- Esteem, recognition needs

• Prestige or feeling of accomplishment, strength, status etc. comes under this need. Reaching at a top position in your organization, awards, people recognizing you in public are some examples which people sought under this needs.

3- Love and belonging needs

• Friendship. Intimacy, family etc. come under these needs. Having girlfriend, friends, family, child are the desires which come under this needs.

4- Safety and security needs

• Personal security, employment, health, property etc. are part of these needs. Jobs, home, good health a person will require under this section of Maslow's need hierarchy.

5- Physical needs

• Air, water, food, shelter, warmth, clothing etc. These are the very basic needs a human being requires and the survival will become difficult in absence of these requirements.
