The stick starts at a height of 2.00 m. The player then brings the stick down with a constant force over that distance. Just before the puck is hit, the stick has a velocity of 12.6 m/s and is bent. All of that energy transfers into the puck (assume there is no follow-through), which travels at a velocity of 100 mph.
