  • Union Members help their employers to look into the issues and causes that can raise Employee Turnover rate. Union Members and their representative could take a role to identify various ongoing issues and take them seriously, help employer to discuss on such issues and take corrective and preventive measure that can further lower turnover rate.
  • Unions member have better chance or probability to receive necessary benefits and appropriate wages as per market standard, that actions also can lower turnover rate of employee at the organization.
  • Unionized employees have better chance to get other benefits package like retirement benefits, Family benefits, Health protections, and an opportunity to negotiate with their employers on several issues. That can improve satisfaction level of union members, hence, they can find get much lower turnover rate.
