Illegal immigration is both unfair to the immigrants who attempt to enter the US illegally and to the US citizens who often are taxed to provide for the immigrants' schooling and those who may lose jobs to immigrants. The issue overall is a legal one, but there are ethical aspects to this situation. What ethical responsibility do we have to those who have less, or who even come from areas where they are in danger of starvation?

Today, with the expansion of globalization, all the countries help each other. When the citizens of one state are in the threat of life, starvation, terrorism etc then they try to take shelter in other countries. It is the ethical duty of one country to help the immigrants. but there must be certain limits. It is a pressure on the economy. It is the moral duty of a nation to provide food and shelter to the immigrants. From humanity point of view, it is supported. Therefore all the nations have some special immigrant principles. Then with the interference of the UNO, the immigrants are sent back to their native land. therefore no nation can take violent steps against immigrants. Their problems should be considered from the true human point of view. Besides, there must be proper help to the children and women.
