Selecting business decisions based on multiple choices (small or large) will always impact the future of the organization, and sometimes the choices not made or acted upon can have the biggest impact.

Provide an example of a business decision based on multiple choices made by a company that changed the company's future (good or bad). This example could be from a company currently in operation or one that has failed and went out of business.

Business decisions are the most significant factor which helps a company to thrive its success or in some cases to ruin in completely. A business decision is based on so many small and large factors but the main point is the desicion and the time when it is needed the most. There are so many companies which have taken its lifechanging business decisions. According to forbes there are so many giant and super Companies in the market which has seen its success at the most after sone important desicions.

One of the best example of it is APPLE

Apple took its greatest till date decision in 1997 when it brought back Steve Jobs again. Steve Jobs was co founder of Apple but after his resignation company felt that sometimes only the founder can bring entreprenurial vigor. And then in 1997 Board of directors took a decision which was greatest of all its desicion till date to bring bang Steve Jobs.

In 20th year of Apple's existence it had seen loss of $816 millions which shook the company and it took a decision of buying new software company to replace ageing and rotten software technology and it bought NeXT. NeXT was the company of Steve Jobs. And in this way Steve Jobs joined Apple again.
