the function knob on the themoregulation Thermocouple psychrometry is a technique that infers the water potential of the liq- uid phase and decreasing the temperature of the lower junction decreases its voltage, and the voltmeter displays a negative voltage difference between the junctions at TI and To. effect is used to cool the measurement junction and release heat ain some thermocouple psychrometers.
