One of the most important things that would determine whether one should be charged with committing a crime is the violation of the laws of the land. All the countries have their own laws in order to guide people to conduct themselves well and keep people safe from each other. If one doesn’t follow these guidelines and create trouble for others, one should be charged with crime. Secondly, every crime has a victim and if the victim reports that someone has wronged them by violating the laws. This would mean that there is an evidence and someone who is affected by this crime. Thirdly, one should be charged with crime when one has left some physical evidence in a crime scene. This is because evidences are the most important components with which the judicial system would determine whether one is a criminal or not.
