Ok so for lab we were to measure the length, width, and weight of individual sunflower...

Ok so for lab we were to measure the length, width, and weight of individual sunflower seeds, where n=20. My question is this, i want to conduct data analysis in excel and have to choose between a correlation test or regression test. Which would be the most appropriate tests to run for length vs. weight and length vs. width? This will be two seperate tests, so please let me know what beat option is for each test?
