Manager is the person in charge of employees and the facilities they work for. As a manager, his/her job is to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business. In this case, where the Manager is heading three areas i.e. telecommunication, computer science and engineering management  simultaneously. Some of the ethics that the manager could add are as follows:-

• To maintain equal composure provides better productivity. By maintaining professional composure at work, may avoid most of the problem. Engineers shall not falsify their qualifications or permit misrepresentation of their or their associates' qualifications
• Issues of age, sex, religion, political orientation, sexual orientation must not interfere with the work culture.
• Respecting individual is an important ethics to follow in workplace.
• Exercising confidentiality includes refraining from disclosing personal information and avoid external disturbance.
• No barriers of post and seniority in a same team. Any person in a team is allowed to speak up and put his/her opinion.
• Compensation should be equal for equal responsibility, not based on qualification or other parameters.
• Engineers shall be objective and truthful in professional reports, statements, or testimony. Engineers shall undertake assignments only when qualified by education or experience in the specific technical fields involved.
