Ans: The main focus of team activity is to have multiple ideas on a single topic which can be either verbal or else in written format. Here are some points why it is important as follows:

• When the individual was in a team of discussion there will be lot more scope in learning new concepts on a single idea.
• In teams, everyone will have an opportunity to speak about the topic, so that it helps them in communications.
• In team activities, we can know the one's capability and creativity.
• In any team activities, communication is the key aspect.

Here are some points for positive and negative experiences in groups as follows:
Advantages:

• In team communications involvement of individuals are huge. So there will be much scope to learn more ideas on one single topic.
• The teamwork helps individual on how to solve the issues which are addressed and helps to enhance in their work.
• While explaining the viewpoint on the topic there won’t be any interruption. We can discuss and complete it.

Disadvantages:

• If the meetings can’t handle properly, there will a huge loss and time.
• Since everyone discusses their views the decision making will be taking time.
• In team activities, the discussion will be huge and sometimes it takes a lot of time to handle those team meetings.
