Answer #1

Answer - Attractor wells are visual representations of how a practiced pattern of movement gets ingrained deeper and deeper until something is changed to shift the pattern out of its well. The more we practice the pattern of movement, the deeper the attractor well gets and the more difficult it is to make changes to the pattern.
