The four types of hyper sensitive reactions are 1.,Allergy(immediate) type of reaction;it's mediators is IgE.

2.,Cytoxic,Which is antibody-dependent and it's mediators are IgM or IgG Complement MAC.

3.,Immune Complex disease andd it,'S mediators are IgG Complement Neutrophils.

4.,Delayed type hypersensitivity,cell mediated immune memory response,antibody-independent.

2.ans,Autoimmune diseases caused by antibodies that bind to cellular receptors,causing either excess activity or inhibition of receptor function, fall in to a special class.T cells can involved directly in inflammation or cellular destruction,and they are also required to sustain auto antibody responses.
