Answer:---- We know the importance of teamwork. We can achieve any target with hard work and teamwork. Teamwork in the combination of different creative and energetic ideas. So to achieve any target effectively, teamwork is most important. But if you are not supporting in teamwork then it affects the motivation of the team and also affects the performance of the team. So the teamwork spirit is very important to motivate the team for effective execution of work. In any case if the team member is not supporting the team then this is the big problem for the whole team and it also affects the performance of the organization. So in this case to maintain the teamwork in the organization, management always analyzes the level of teamwork spirit in the whole team. They analyze every member and its performance. Management also analyzes the contribution of the individuals in the teamwork.

In this case the star member of team is not supporting the team and not contributing in the team. This act of star member can demoralize other team member which affects the teamwork spirit of team. Sue tried many times to solve this problem and also tries to know the reason of these demoralizing activities of the star player. But after many counseling with the star player, sue unable to know the reason that why the star player is not supporting with the team. Sue tried many times to solve this problem because sue know that she is the star player of the team it that star player can be the trump card in the tournament to win the games. But after many counseling with the star player, sue feel that the star player is not ready to contribute in the team then finally sue decide to dismiss the star player form the team as a punishment and to save the feeling of team spirit in the team. But to dismiss the star player from the team, sue has to follow the necessary process and also include the other athletic staff in this decision.

Before dismissing the star player sue should follow the systematic process as follows-

1.First of all sue should consider the justified reason to dismiss the star player. The reason to dismiss the player should be genuine and in the favor of team and the process to dismiss the player should be in fair manner.

2.Sue need to investigate the matter and gather the witnesses regarding what the activities are done by the star player in team.

3.Check the rules and policies in the management system to solve this serious problem.

Then meet the star player for counseling and to know the reason why he is not supporting the team.

4.When the sue feel that after many efforts and counseling, there is no affect on star player then they should give the notice in written to star player.

5.After all the above processes if there is no effect on star player then sue has to take the decision to dismiss her by discussion with other staff.

The athletic staff should be the part of this strong decision and the reasons are as follows-

1. To make a feel that they are the part of this important decision-

To include the other staff in this decision can make a fell that they have some importance and they can give some significant contribution to solve this problem. When the other staff feels valued the level of efforts automatically increases.

2. Important to make better decision-

To make better decision sue should include all the other athletic staff because when the many brains contribute in some decision, the results come out in a very effective manner.

3. To maintain the moral and motivation of staff-

It is a very strong decision to dismiss the star player of the team and sue have to maintain the moral and motivation of staff as well as the team. So sue has to include all the staff in this strong decision otherwise sue becomes the part of the demoralizing activity.
