Experts are people who are hired by different organizations to provide an opinion or idea. Organizations hire experts because they themselves were not able to come to a conclusion or not able to understand or implement certain things. This would mean that they would expect the expert to be neutral but make a decision or find a solution which would help the organization take crucial decisions and progress from there. Thus, experts would be required to be neutral in their assessment but be helpful to the organization that hired them.
