a) Each of the roles need to be communicating and deciding and approving on the career aspect where the employee need to decide on the career path to be taken which is guided and helped by their manager and needs to be approved by the Human resource. The objective would be to ensure a better and effective career path for the individual.

b) Managers need to ensure that the impact a training has on the individual needs to be explored and used so that the employee feel that their work has been accomplished and their learning g is successful as well.

c) It is important to differentiate such roles because the employee need to understand the importance of the people and the role they play in shaping the career of the individual.
