The difference between control flow and logical control flow is that a declarative program makes no promises about how it will be run. You state the logic, and the compiler/interpreter makes a program that fulfills that logic.

2) With the help of concurrent flows, we can speedup the execution time of a process. It depends, but mostly, concurrent flows share resources.
