This is a level of preparedness of the universal public health sectors in which they work on the situations like spreading of dangerous infection all around the globe, natural calamity and disaster in which typically the people are in danger and to prevent from this situation the universal public health sectors take precautions and stay prepared all the time. They have prepared several methods and practices through which they are capable of handling any worse scenario.

Now let us discuss what can occur if individuals and society are not prepared.

• In the absence of proper preparedness, the chances of being harmed and maximizing of the casualty will also be a great issue. We will be badly affected by the disaster or any attack very easily and also it will be harming us even after the disaster or any attack has been made.
• We will not be able to tackle or handle even a small disaster, As we are not prepared we will be having zero control on the situation and this might also happen that we are not aware of what to do in such situations.
