Answer #1

For a successful career, one should have creativity and innovation. For a student, creativity plays an important role during his education it helps in critical thinking; in turn, critical thinking makes it possible to develop problem-solving skills. Innovation is a part of creativity, without creativity, there cannot be any innovation. Creativity is the ability to produce new ideas, and the implementation of these ideas is innovation.

The progress of a company depends on creativity and innovation. The exploring of new ideas and crossing the old territories with new and unique innovation is the result of creativity. Innovation is the cause of creativity that is critical thinking. For the progress of a company, it is required by the company that it should come into the market with new plans that benefit its existing customers and help in making new customers.

It is not necessary that Creative ideas and innovative approaches come from the management, it can come from any level of the employees, and employees who are at a lower level can also have innovative and creative ideas.

For running an organization the leaders should have level 5 leadership qualities like Darwin E. Smith the CEO of Kimberly-Clark, who could judge the employees and take advice from all his employees. He gave respect to all his employees and worked as a team and brought his company back in the market with the innovative ideas of Haggis diapers. He was a visionary and had good knowledge of the market.

If the leader can tap the positive qualitative of his employees, new innovative ideas can come from anywhere. New creativity is in fact, the inquisitiveness of a person if the person is inquisitive and wants to have new information and knowledge, his ideas and creativity expand that can be used for the progress of the organization. For implementing a new strategy if all the employees are involved and their suggestions and idea are taken the organization can get it from anywhere.

If the employee has the creative ideas and innovative approach it helps the employees to have better satisfaction with his job because he becomes one of the members of the innovative team, and has his contribution to the success of the organization. It improves his self-esteem and motivates him. It can give positive feelings to the other employees that they are respected in the organization.

If one does not possess creative ideas and innovative approach it does not means that the person is incapable of doing any work. He may be good in other fields. In a class, all the students are not equal there will be only one excellent student; it does not mean that the other students are incapable; they may be a good athlete, a dancer, a singer or excel in some other field.

In the same way, all the employees cannot exhibit creativity and innovative qualities they can be hardworking and honest with their job to carry out those creative ideas and innovation with honesty, thus they are also involved in the progress of the organization.
