The immediate Environment or the Microsystem is the most important for the Development of the child as it refers to the environment in which the child is nurtured. The morals and values are developed and maintained in this stage before the child begins to interact at a higher level with it's environment. This includes the family of the child, the peer groups that they mingle with, along with the neighborhood and religious institutions which facilitate immediate Development in the crucial stages.
