Factors that promote a social climate that is favorable to a stable democracy are- a constitution, education, and civil liberty. In today's world, these factors are often present. Education creates awareness of the ideals and principles which enable people to practice democracy. Educated societies are more likely to embrace and maintain democracy than uneducated ones. The rule of law is required to make sure that there is no breakdown and misuse of power. The constitution ensures this. And, lastly, the civil liberty gives citizens the rights and awareness to makes changes and issues that come over time, making democracy progressive by addressing the needs of its people.
