Skills effective customer service managers should posses.

Skills of being positive about the products or services offered, skills of being able to inspire and motivate others, being a good communicator is also another skill besides that of being patient and being a time keeper.

An example and brief description of how to apply managerial talents in a customer service setting is when the above skills are used to know what a customer requires by reading their minds or from what they describe to you where you need to be very attentive to grasp what is important to them, support their ideas by showing that positivity of the kind of product they need and give them the assurance they need that the product will work for them and it is exactly what can satisfy their need, after that bring the product to the customer or take it to them and show them depending on what good it is and let the customer make their final decision of purchasing and paying for it after offering your help.
