Six sigma helps organisations to minimise defect and thus customer seevice can be optimised by proposing right framework and customer journeys and adopting module for establishing best IN class customer services experience. Six sigma would also help automation of customer service using Artificial intelligence processes to drive down customers issues and bring up customers excellence.

Similarly DMAIC would help organisation dedine problems, analyse root cause, meausre its severity, improvise and strategise solutions, control an dminimise those issues. This would lead to complete drill down analysis and innovation of new practices which would significantly improvise metrics and KPIs like Net promoter score.
