Example: Chanel is a name trademark for products of the company after the designer and founder of the company Coco Chanel.
Servicemarks definition: It is a type of mark or slogan given for services to identify and distinguish it from the others. It differs from trademark as trademarks are for products and service marks are for services.
Example: A private bus marks its buses with a sign which distinguishes all its buses with the rest of the vehicles on the road.
Trade Dress definition: It is a legal term that signifies a product by giving its visual appearance or packaging a distinguished look. It can be classified as intellectual property.
