Equality of rights –
If any disciplinary action is taken against the employee, the employee own all the rights to know the cause and a chance to prove his innocence irrespective of his year of experience, seniority, religion, sex, educational qualification, job nature, salary earned etc.
The management should give proper notification to the employee about the complaint filed against him. On the other hand they should also give sufficient time and chances to the employee to prove his innocence or where the miscommunication has happened. There should not be any discrimination between the employer(s) and the employee(s).
