Supplier relationship quality depends on various factors such as performance and delivery. A firm needs to maintain proper procedures to communicate and do business with their suppliers so that no differences in communication arises which helps in proper business between the two . The flow of orders and delivery of material must be noted and a sustainable business must be present between the two. When there is proper understanding between the firm and it's suppliers the production and other supply chain activities will be efficient and there will be no shortage of material . All these factors are useful in the assessment of supplier relationship quality .
