1) Communication Devices : To raise the alarm about the emergency situation :
i) Telephone - A telephone can be used to share the information.
ii) Fire Alarm - A fire alarm can be used to make people aware about the emergency situation.
iii) Internal system - A company internal server/system can be used. Also, it can be use to make people aware about the do's or don't in the emergency situation.
2) Evacuation Drill - A training program or mock drill should be scheduled on regular interval to make people aware about do's or don't in the emergency situation.
3) During Induction - During induction of a new employee proper training should be given about the evacuation process during the emergency situation.
4) Sign Board - Stickers/sign board should be kept in the emergency exit. Also, path to the emergency exit should be clearly visible even during power cut (can be done by emergency lights or glowing stickers).
