Look for news article that have an original publication date within the last seven days. You may use any news article found on any reputable news source (NBC, Wall Street Journal, Clarion Ledger, CNN). Write a one paragraph summary on the news article; including the web address link (URL, if you retrieved it on the web) for the article. Feature the principal storyline and reference any application of course material in your summary. With reference to "The Wall Street Journal" dated March 18, 2020; the topic is about "Elderhood" Review: The Way We Age Now. It describes the changes made over time of life expectancy of a human being; it was 49 years (they looked a bit older) in 1900 and it is normal to see the human being now looking young and energetic even after 80 years of age and above.
The age after 60 is normally termed as senior members of the society. They are proving now as the age is just a number, due to the improvement in their self-disciplined lifestyle and regular and routine exercises they do more actively than the younger generations.
After 60 years, some of them are much interested in learning new things. This is a very good quality which the youngsters have to learn from them. They are good in handling any kind of problems and do not get depressed so easily. They socialize more with other people, not only with elders but also with youngsters. Some of them are interested to be with the younger people always to get the energy from them. They wanted to explore new places and new people all over the world when they retire from office work. They are ready to learn the hobbies. Since retirement time is the perfect time to bring back the olden memories of learning a hobby like music, learning new foreign language, learning any new technology, etc. The way they take care of the health is commendable. Because, they eat less, exercise moderately, eat tablets, drink more water, and have fruits and vegetables, going out for walking or any other activities, and the time table they maintain for each and every thing and follow them perfectly makes them fit and active at this age of 65 years and plus.
