✓ ethical behaviour is driven by moral and righteous values, that makes an individual's action right and differentiate wrong conducts. Ethical behaviour helps the person to strengthen the compliance with legal and regulatory standards, along with the firm's policies. It keeps him/her humble and empathetic.

Ethical behaviour needs to be celebrated publically in order to promote it and make the members/individuals more ethical and make them stay away from misconducts or illegal activities and unethical practices.

Likewise, unethical behaviour needs to be punished publically for demotivating it's continuation, influence the individuals to value ethics, and transform them into a good human being.

✓ examples of commitments that companies can make to win the trust of their shareholders;

* Prioritising the shareholders interest, and increasing the value of the shares continuosly, by enhancing the sales and offering wide range of quality products.  

* strengthening business operations and management, to increase the bottom line and satisfy shareholders as well as the members of the firm.

* Inclusion of ethical values and compliance with the legal system, to keep the business running with the trust of people and government.

* Open communication and transparency when Sharing the information regarding the business and it's position, without hiding any loopholes.

* Encouraging corporate social responsibility to contribute to the environment and uplift the societal condition, with a focused approach to grow business along with the community.
