Problem statement is best constructed when it is quantifiable and has sound well described issue of business and its urgency is stated during Qualitative research.

Purpose statement is best written when it is concise, objective driven, clear and transparent, easy to understand and inspirational which drives people.

Central question should be more surrounded with fcts and figures and must encode the crux of the research as to what exactly the motive is and what it intends to find to come to conclusive decision. Must have narrowed down approach and must clarify all terminologies.

Subquestions must be followed just after central question in pointers with flow and must be interlinked with central question to derive further drill down analysis and root cause analysis.
