The true spirits and beliefs of the leader, his thoughts, appeal and his power to connect and relate with his team makes it certain that the followers will be engaged and connected to the leader all the way. It is the loyalty of the team on a whole to achieve its targets that plays a crucial role n holding the things together on a common ladder. It is the affection, compassion, empathy, sympathy and forgiveness that the people have in them that baseline the connect they share. This affects the level of engagement In my case, the owner of my company made it a point to connect with us in person and get to know us better, our issues, ideologies and aim. He helped to motivate me to do good and become a better person in life. I learnt so much from him that i cannot thank him any less for all that he did for me. I still connect with him to get life lessons and we share a strong bonding.
