If business ethics does not offer guidance about what is always the right thing to do, is one behavior as good as the next?
A person behavior is as good as the environment he/she was brought up in.Our choices, attitude, behavior all are the product of our upbringing and the environment we lived in.This indicates the different persons in an organisation will tend to display different behaviors in different situations. What may be morally wrong for someone might be right for other (cultural differences). Therefore, there is business ethic which brings the organisational morals, values, code of conduct, all under one umbrella, which is common for all.
