Please explain scope, documentation required, developing a project brief, contracts especially MOU, terms of reference and relevant legislation. (please keep it simple and basic in Australia.)
1) Project Goal :- Project Sponsor , Targeted Customer , uses of the project , mission and vision , Project team
2) Project Deliverable -Project Date , delivery of the project included time and date and area
3) Project Schedule : amount of effort that we use for project completion , number of employee and resources that we carry out to finish our goal
4) Supporting plans : we should plan the team according to her/ his talent , make different department for support
