Describe the company’s organizational culture and present evidence from the case to support your opinion. At a minimum, include discussion about the company’s values, norms and artifacts, as it relates to their culture. Describe the company’s organizational structure and present evidence from the case to support your opinion. At a minimum, the discussion should touch upon the building blocks of an organizational structure (specialization, formalization, centralization and hierarchy. Discuss whether or not you believe the organizational culture and structure align with the organization’s ‘strategy’. Explain your rationale. Provide a total of four findings of fact; 1 from the following four functional areas of business: Management Marketing Finance or Accounting International Business Provide a full justification and recommendation for each finding of fact (minimum of 1 page each)

Delta Air Lines is the U.S. global airline leader. The name "Delta" actually came from the Mississippi Delta region, from where it started it's operations in 1928, Delta serves nearly 200 million people every year and covers more than 300 destinations in over 50 countries
Delta Air Lines Mission Statement: "We—Delta's employees, customers, and community partners together form a force for positive local and global change, dedicated to bettering standards of living and the environment where we and our customers live and work."
Some of the examples which proves organisational culture and structure aligned are as follows

It always stood ahead for betterment of all stakeholders of company by encouraging employees to be a part of local and global community.
We can call organisational structure of Delta as Machinery Bureaucracy based on standardization of the work which supports coordination and main focus is o company’s technostructure consist of financial and legal staff.
The organisational culture supports diversification with control by four key committee which guides board of directors, these members are from inside and outside (from famous companies)of organization, where they meet on regular basis.
Delta’s believe in (philosophy) diversity throughout the organization in order to maintain and develop mutual trust, belief, understanding, and knowledge base to help in differentiating company from competitors.
