Volume of NaOH = 27.04 ml

Concentration of NaOH = 0.0805 M

Moles of NaOH = 27.04 ml x 0.0805 M /1000 =  0.00217672 Moles

Moles of KHP present in the sample =  0.00217672 Moles

Mass of KHP present in the sample = 0.00217672 mol x 204.23 g/mol = 0.44455 gm

Percentage Mass of KHP = 0.44455 x 100 / 0.6708 = 66.27 %
