The whole of our nation believes in 'equality' as a result of which some posts always remain reserved to give equal opportunity to the person with disability, the same concept is not hampered when it comes to official rules and laws regarding web access by PWD, here are some of those guidelines:

1. Adoption of United Nation Conventions of Rights of Person with disability.

It purpose is to promote, protect and ensure all the rights of human are enjoyed by each and every person with disability including the right to web access.

2.Article 9 and Article 21 dealing with freedom of opinion and access to information enforces the central government to make funds and regulations so that all the state govt make web access for their pwd citizens.

3. The constitution of US starts with "we the people" which gives an explicit view that all the rights, duties and principle covered are for everyone and hence those depriving a specific group( from any web service or other) like pwd in this case will have to suffer punishment.

4.EU directive of 2016: This step was made so as to ensure that basic neccesities like healthcare ,education and social security is and available online to pwd also in the support of their interest.

5.For university websites:The public universities websites are designed in accordance with the central body's like by AICTE in India, to make sure use of ALT tags, text of speech , colour coordination is adjusted properly so that all the target audience especially those with special ability can access it.
