Sustainable green construction or green building is creating structures and processes that have least impact on the environment. It shows environment responsibility and how efficiently the resources are used. Some of the factors regarding sustainable green construction or design are

1. Reducing waste in any form such as water
2. Reducing pollution such as air and water pollution
3. Reducing environmental degradation that results in loss of natural resources
4. Protecting the environment for sustainability.
5. Using resources efficiently. Resources also include human resources thus enhancing employee productivity.

Thus, the above five factors are important for sustainable green building for a socially responsible company.
