When we divide our world in group , it itself creates a negative impact and adverse effects in a society or world . When we divide peoples in a group then we are giving a birth to a feeling of insecurity , hatred among various groups.

In - groups means a group of peoples who have similar qualities which can be on any basis and peoples relate to each other , they have loyalty to the members of group and at the same time it creates an another group which we called out - group , they are the one's who have different qualities than in - group members. It means when antagonism grows or the some peoples doesn't believe in ideas of in - group , it creates a out - group . It has adverse impact on our social stratification because it creates a divide in society which increases the hatred , insecurity among peoples that leads to various crimes and terrorism , naxalism and so on. Therefore it is important that we live together and try to avoid creating groups that would establish peace and harmony in world.
