In my view, the best company which has the most successful strategy is Reebok. I am very much impressed with this company as this company has always been able to do something different and has achieved excellence in its various activities.The company always try to motivate their employees to give out their best efforts for the organization because only motivated employees can do this for the company.Also the company provides training to the various employees working in the organization so that they can learn new skills and qualities which can boost their performance.Also the company try to scan the business environment very deeply at regular intervals so that the company can make changes in the organization according to the prevailing business environment.Thus such scanning has really helped the organization in getting very good results and in achieving the goals and objectives of the organization in a very proper and positive manner.Thus the company always try to do something new and innovative which brings uniqueness to their workings and helps them to earn a very good reputation in the market.I know many competitors of this company such as bata,adidas.These companies are also very good but I have been impressed by the Reebok company.
