Inclusion in gross income of deferred compensation under non-qualified deferred compensation plans. The tax compensation is increased by interest and penalty amount.

Interest of 1 percent on the underpayments that would have occurred had the deferred compensation been includible in gross income and penalty of 20 percent of the compensation which is required to be included in gross income.
