Strength training can be frightening for learners. There are some basic tips for beginners to weight loss and gaining strength

You have to start with lightweight to learn basic body movement. There are five basic movements like squat, push, hinge, and pull and try the following exercise-

Hip movement (deadlifts, swings, and hinges)

Pushing (pushups, presses, and dips)

For Knee (squats, lunges)

Other such as walking, running

Pulling pattern (rows, pull-ups)

Working with a trainer will help you regulate which muscle strength be over and underactive and how we can deal with that situation.

We have suggested the following strength training exercises for trainees.

Squats

Push-ups

Plank

Deadlifts

Rows
