. The thing that has compelled me most in this video is the mission of this video that is of "constant improvement" and the "ability to grow" because according to me these two things are the most important aspect of a human being which is necessary for the growth and development of a person. From the video it can be observed that every person has its own clock speed in respect of success in his/her life and it can be achieved by shaping them smoothly and with constant effort they can develop their ability to grow.
. some ideas that i have learned from this video are followings :
1. Confidence can be boosted up inside a person by telling him that you have not achieved success yet you have to do more and more of it,which describes the power of "not yet".
2. Engaging deeply into something could help in learning it in a much more faster way.
3. Another method of improvising someone and help them to grow is praising or rewarding them constantly in a wiser way.
. A college student can use much of these ideas in his approach to classes to increase his self confidence that yes i can improve and i am not a failure, applying all these ideas and thoughts will help a person to improve in a shorter period of time.
NOTE : "If you liked the answer please give an Up-vote, this will be quite encouraging for me, thank you!". I need it its very important for me
