Compare the dimensions of national management cultures of Austria, Belgium, and Chile with the Trompenaars dimensions of management cultures identified in the USA.

The problem revolves about the culture differences among the countries like Austria, Belgium, Chile and USA. Let's try to find out about the culture of each country one by one.

A. Culture of Austria-

• Culture Name- Algerian
• Located in North Africa having its borders touched with Mediterranean Sea, Western Sahara, Libya and Mauritania from all respective directions.
• It spreads over an area of approximately 2.4 million square kilometres. It is the second largest country in Africa and eleventh largest country in Africa.
• As of 2000, the population was around 31 million.
• National Management-
• Algeria is a republican country. It's National Assembly is composed of 295 members having tenure of 5 years service. The president is elected and who then appoints the Prime Minister resulting in the final appointment of the cabinet ministers. It is divide into 48 provinces that as a whole form a big country of Algeria.
• Because of such a large population, there had always been a sense of disputes or conflicts among the citizens and the government officials resulting in occasional protests of the people in the state for their demands against the political leaders.
• There is also a high criminal rate, kidnapping and other several crimes along with terrorist activities in the country. This is because of the high population and the high unemployment rate.
• To deal with such cases there are several courts in each province of which the Supreme Court is the highest court. Also, the economic crimes cases are held by separate courts.
• The state government is responsible for providing pensions to elderly peoples, free health services to aged below 16 years and adults above 60 years.

B. Culture Belgium-

• Culture Name- Belgian
• Located at the western end of European plain in the north spreading nearly an area of 30 thousand square kilometres. Neighbouring countries are Germany and Netherlands. The official languages are Dutch and French.
• As a result of the demands of several communities residing in the country, the country comprise of six governments and six parliaments that are responsible for the education, infrastructure, health, economic activities, social activities, sustainable development etc.
• There are Liberals, Christian Democrats, Socialists, Regional Parties in its Political Affairs that run the country with the participation of the whole.
• There is no such large number of crimes in this country, mostly it can be a theft of property and other things. Foreign Crime is the main problem that is a real issue in this country. Apart from that, other crimes like drugs, frauds, immigration, prostitution, misleading activities etc. are quite rare.   

C. Culture of Chile-

• Culture Name- Chilean
• Located in South West America covered by the giant Pacific Ocean from its west and south end. Peru from the north and Bolivia and Argentina from its east end. It spreads over 0.7 million square kilometres of land inhabiting over 15 million residents.
• Being a republican country, Chile operates under the Presidential system. The president is having a tenure of 6 years service term and can't be represented twice consecutively as the President.
• Major parties are Communist Party, National Union Party, Independent Democratic Union, Party for Democracy, Socialist Party, and the Christian Democratic Party.
• Crime has been the most serious issue in the last during the last few years. The country is having both non- corruptive police and court officials, and both are quite efficient in solving the cases but the main issue is of the ever increasing number of crimes than ever that is seriously a matter of concern. This has to be sort out by framing modern laws and making changes in the current laws.

D. Culture of USA-

• Culture Name- American
• With an area of nearly 9.6 million square kilometres, it is the world's 4th largest country comprising 50 states.
• The parties participating in forming the government are- the Republicans and the Democrats, but voter turnout ratio has been quite low over the years.
• For the leaders desiring to win the elections, it takes a lot of personal wealth and sponsors alongside to help bear the expenses in the long run to win elections.
• In US, it is found out to be the most active criminal city of all the times. The poor citizens or the teenagers are to be the only victims of the criminals. Apart from that, USA has been mostly the target of international terrorists as well but not to mention the US Military can never make them escape anywhere in the world.
• The country is constantly fighting against the criminals to make peace in the cities that everyday observe a high number of crimes on a regular basis but is still having the most efficient police and judicial system.

Thus, these are my views regarding the cultures of the Austria, Belgium, Chile and USA.
