What are the potential problems in using a behavioral assessment? Do you think that a person should be told what they are looking for or should they go into the assessment without that information? Why?
As we know, human behavior is a dynamic and very complex set of characteristics, the assessment of human behavior includes cognitive, physical, emotional, language and social development.
The assessment of a dynamic quality requires a wide and integrated approach because every time human behavior changes in a particular manner. The development of behavior should also include a cross-cultural approach, spontaneous behavior pattern and social impacts.
When we assess the behavior of an individual we must follow the ethics of research as well as the civil and social rights of the individual. We cannot conduct the test like Milgram because ethical misconduct would not be better. In my opinion, assessment without information would be effective but not ethical so that if we are doing the general or critical assessment, given information should be professional and logical. Without appropriate information, an assessment would not be ethically effective as well as critical for practitioners and agencies. Good professional information is an essential part of the assessment. in case of minor or severe assessment, the information should be classified and share with appropriate authorities and persons.
