The job description should always be there in order to have fair roles and responsibilities among the employee. This also marks the line of demarcation between various hierarchy in an organization and it also reduces the scope of the conflict within the organization. So companies must do not do without a detailed job description.

No, detailed job orientation did not give an employee to the opportunity to say NO because this is more helpful in defining the area of work rather than makes boundaries.
